I sort of like racing cars, other interests have taken over, but in my teens I used to hitch out for the meetings there and was a member of the Mid Cheshire Motor Racing Club for a while till we moved away. I was a crowd steward for a couple of meetings. No horses. There is a good entry in Wikipedia.

You have just invented a new format. In Cheddar Gorge games the new word is put on the end. Now putting the new word anywhere, but the end would be fun so - we could call it 'Oulton Gorge'

you do realise that, because of the comma being where it is in the setting out of the rules-type post at the top of the page, you really could insert the word at the end...... pedant? moi?
anyhoo...
Sometimes,less thinking, more sitting
