Sorry the Asra'l broke down and I had to wait for the AA (Astra'l Annon) to sort me out. They said my cord was gunked up with - yes you guessed - hot. Back to earth with a bump.

Yep, we have been down to the allotment and the exercise certainly help getting the old bone back in action. We have had some odd bugs go round this winter.
