I'm wondering if you know of any herbal remedies, or anything similar to help a friend of mine to give up smoking.
He's only been smoking for about a year, and he's already gone over 12 hours without a ciggy, but is there anything that you can think of that might help? I'm keen to help because I don't like people smoking around, so any advice you can give, or anywhere you can point me to would be lovely.

Actually I got an email about something like this at home the other day. I'll have a shufti and see what I can come up with.
There's nothing specifically on site that I know of...but again I'll check around.
