You cannot examing a programming languages perks, without looking at it's flaws. Every language has flaws you know, it's why we use different langauges...
So, You should add the flaws:
SSSLLLOOOWWWWW- Compared to other high level languages, (namely c++), PERL is very slow. Incredibly slow. That isn't a huge hinderance because it's namely used for text proccessing and the such, but still it's a fault.
Well, that is the only flaw I w ill point out. I know there are others. I personally like and use the langauge on occassion, but you should still remain impartial
