at the bottem of you page there should be "add guide entry" in the orange writting you know the same for add jornal entry and that
then you type everything out
if you need any help with it just ask I can even give you intructions on how to make them

AAAaww thanx but you probably noticed by the alterations i have made to my space! i have reached enlightenment and now seem to be doing everything ok.If you want to make a guide entry do you have to do it all in one go or can you go back to it?

and you can go back to it any time you like. there is an eddid entry option next to it when it appers at the bottem of your page
