It becomes time to try and get rid of some of that excess poundage which you may have put on. So, as I've put on over a stone I'm thinking of getting an excercise DVD or two...specifically these two http://stuff4dudes.com/store/y4d_details.html and http://stuff4dudes.com/store/b4d_details.html
after all if they're not motivating then I don't know what is.
