I read somewhere that you blink less when watching TV or your computer monitor which can result in dry eyes.
Perhaps this is also why I sometimes feel slow and dozy when I have had a long time on the computer - it must be shutting my brain down for longer
Must take the advice to only do about 20 minutes on the computer at a time.

My other half is a puzzle and crossword fanatic, and he did the Rubik's Cube pretty quickly, to the frustration of our two sons. It certainly kept him occupied for a long while.
