my internet, tv and telephone provider merged earlier this year with 2 other companies and this month they continued under one brand name (7.8 million users).

they have some merger problems. one of the consumer organisation opened special complaint site and about 15,000 complaints came in.

something that was not helping was the internet and telephone problems this weekend were not helping.

another thing will not help is an e-mail scam from handy thief asking for account details, because of internet problems in the weekend

I checked provider's usergroup, the scammer first used another e-mail address and that e-mail address was blocked, but handful reacted on it.

older users are very internet savvy

I did not have problems, but they changed subscription billing to 2 weeks earlier. they made people pay double in May without much notice and forgot to tell user that could end their contract.

I cancelled a part of my tv subscription a few months ago, due to year contract it would end 1st of august, but the bill of august still includes that part. there procedure is to settle it a month later, because the (august) bill is send and paid in the previous month (july), but end of subscription is checked at the end of each month.
