it is unknown how the fire started. the building is empty and cordoned off. no parliamentarian were there, because they are on recess.
the fire started on "the 3rd floor" where the paper is stored. personal tried to stop the fire, but the firemen are now present.
the fire started on the square side above the main entrance where the meeting rooms and the parliamentarian's restaurant.
