With the exception of one company, none of the other companies I worked for ever had any Official Union representatives...although I will admit I have contacted T&GWU as well as ACAS, when the need has arisen.

I have always found them to be very helpful, even to non-members and employers seeking advice on a general issue.

I did some research in cyberia, Dutch law department!

one year second hand monitor is 50% worth. (I paid 550 Euro / GBP 360)
a monitor should be working for about 8 yrs*

Dutch law says that every days used I have to pay for in case of a refund, but I will counter claim for second hand with 8 months.

just got phone call from importer.

it seems they believe me and I got completel different monitor, wich has not long on the market.

I had 19" monitor I will get 20" monitor..I forgot serie number, but sounds nice

I do hope all will be fine with the new monitor
