in this case they are my internet / telephone / radio / tv provider make me think that they could make posible to change the "moment music" into a radio station, which the waiting costumer can change to his or hers favorite radio station.

nu 24hrs here..they free phonenumber, but the fake phone calls where too many so they changed it pay number

it is all taken care of...must remember not call during lunch hours.
I changed my internet connection:
my orginal was 5000 KB euro 47 / GBP 33. they changed the internet speed to 8000 KB. I do not need more speed, but a lower price. a slower connection was 2000 KB is now 4000 KB for euro 30 / GBP 21. in my eyes I will not have a much slower connecion, but will be 40% cheaper. they change speed about every 6 months.
I called about the bill they did not change.
