Well.. they're only company oreos until they've been bitten into or spat on or covered in some other bodily fluid. Then they become the sole property of the biter/spitter/whateverer.

Andrew has massive ear infections - middle and outer and is being (understandably) unbearable.

I have felt pretty sick for days myself.

It's going to 106 degrees F outside nearly every day here.

And I STILL work for the card-carrying asshole, though I am trying to get back into the swim of job hunting.

*looks at this and thinks it needs sprucing up. Brings in flowers and nice music*

I keep thinking about you Krissy - how are you doing? My problems are just normal ones and not ones that break your heart. Is your heart feeling OK?

My heart? My heart, these days, is much abused. I don't know where Andy and I are from one moment to the next. We may not see each other until Christmas, which I'm begining to think is a good thing. He's worried about money so he's been in a foul mood, and when he's like that, it seems like it's tough for him even to be nice, much less loving.

We'll see. He needs to sort some things out. It's time for me to be open to the idea of seeing some new people, I think. There's only so much a person can give and the boy is draining me.

I'm sorry Andrew is sick. I used to have hideous ear infections when I was a kid and it's just the worst kind of pain. I keep trying to remember what my Great Uncle Mario wrote to me, "Better times is coming".

Maybe if we both cross our fingers.
