OK, so it's time for another entry.

Today we all saw Toy Story 2. It was great! The 5 y/o has never sat thru an entire movie before - he usually demands to be taken home about 30 or 40 minutes into it. It seems to me that is because he can watch anything he wants anytime he wants on tape at home.

At least all those tapes made it harder for him to have the "gimmes" this Christmas. Last year he was watching a lot of Rug Rats and other things on commercial TV. He demanded everything he saw on commercials and a lot that was not actually being pitched -- but he saw it during the programs -- be put on his Christmas list to Santa. This year there was NO commercial TV and he was at a loss for words when he gave Santa his list.

Hmmm, if I put all this stuff into a journal on someone else's server, how do I know it will be there to read again someday?

*goes off to ponder that*

You could always print it off and put it in a scrapbook smiley - winkeye

I thought one of the central tenets of h2g2 was that they never, ever deleted *anything*.

But you could print it, too, I guess. smiley - winkeye

If a picture is worth a thousand words, why not make a screen shot and save it to your machine at home?

BTW: Stuart Little is another excellent film, my 5-year old loved it! smiley - smiley
