Started on sci-fi channel in the UK last night. I missed it because I was at a Trivia Night so don't spoil it for me. But any first view opinions?
(I'll catch the second chance viewing at some point, or wait until it comes to BBC2 later this year )

Do you mean the show about the people with superpowers? I've watched little bits of it every once in a while, it's really popular over here.

Yeah, that's the one. With the cheerleader who can't die, the Japanese guy who can bend time and space and the cop who can read minds. Don't spoil it, but I have heard it's actually quite good.

Don't worry, even at the times a did watch it, I wasn't really paying attention, or I've forgotten it anyway.

Well, I've just gone and watched the first two episodes of 'Heroes' last night
The first episode was okay, but a little 'let's introduce everyone at once', while the second episode has drawn me in. I'm interested in what develops.
One for fans of comics though I feel, other tv drama fans may not appreciate it, although some of the characters are showing VERY interesting promise, such as the cop who can read minds and the woman with an apparent doppleganger.

I've been a huge fan of the series since it began in the states. I have to say its extremely well written and directed. The 1st epsiode is a little hectic but the more the series progresses the more you will be hooked! I pretty much guarentee (sp?) it!!! Every episode (bar a few) gets better than the previous. anyways, thats my opinion!

Thanks! Glad to see it does keep getting better! I just hope it doesn't get obvious (what with Sylar etc. I'm hoping there area few twists and turns).
I've been really impressed so far over here (we're on to Ep 3 and the cheerleader has just woken up in the morgue - fantastic stuff!).
I must say I only recently found out that Jeph Loeb and Tim Sale were involved too! Excellent team comicbook wise, and Loeb also helped produce and write for Smallville.
Sale's art I've already noticed too - in Ep 3 where Izaak's pencil drawing of his now ex-girlfriend under the umbrella in the rain snogging fly-boy was brilliant.
About time there was something on the TV that I really can't wait to see the next one!

Oh! You know, I usually hate cliff hangers of a sort - but by god I'm looking forward to the next episode!
