h2g2 The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy: Earth Edition

You folks who've been reading here will know that one of my big worries was whether I would still be able to scan in big pictures that need two (or more) separate scans and then patch the pieces together again with my new computer and software. Well today at last I dared try it, and it worked! I managed to join the two scanned in parts together seamlessly ... my program helped! So I can again scan in new work and put it on the 'net! I'm not going to show you my painting just yet ... I'll send it in for Colours of Wildlife so keep reading The Post!

Hi folks, thanks for all the messages. Peanut, I'm not really feeling comfy with the new computer yet. It's been just over a week, and I've had many years to become familiar with the previous one. But I'm feeling more positive now, for sure. Scanned in another bunch of sketches today, will post them to my journal right now.

It made me smile the way you said 'I am not really comfy with the new computer yet' as my poor thing is creaking along. Asides from the cost of replacing her she is like a comfy pair of slippers and I am fond of her

She is called Tosh after a Hiccups favourite character in Torchwood.
