Oh, The skyline of Toronto..

"
I wanted the banner to say “Heil Hitler” or “Guys are stupid” or something, but the airplane company wouldn’t agree to those. So, I said, “My friend Jesus [said with a Hispanic accent] is getting married and I want to play a joke on him.” And Jesus [said with hispanic intonation] spells Jesus [said with non-hispanic intonation]. They didn’t want to intentionally piss people off, so I kind of manipulated the situation.

So, how about those 'Jeebux is Lard' graffiti frequently seen adorning large boulders along our nation's highways?

At least the airplane banner was much more ephemeral.

I've missed these ---

oh. Lard. I get it.

yes, the aereal phenomenon was more ephemeral. But, still, I hesitate to praise cheap media gimmics designed to garner ratings boosts at the expense of the feelings of old dogs unable to even imagine new tricks let alone learn them.

To often I come back to either 'what's the point' or 'is the point realy worth bothering with?'

I mean, it's not like we live in a theocracy like Iran or the U.S. . .

Unlike Chance the Gardener, I don't like to watch TV.

(I do, however, have youthful memories of Jane Seymour in Sinbad and the Eye of the Tigersmiley - blush)
