Apparently, the Beaver is actually not an *official* symbol of Canada.

Nooooo, *bluebird, brook trout, sugar maple, wild rose, nine spotted lady beetle, bay scallop, eurypterid, and garnet* is more of a thread killer than Spotted Dick. Beaver and Spotted Dick would probably make a lovely meal. And although brook trout, maple sugar and bay scallops would be fine additions to the meal I would suggest beaver stuffed with spotted dick. Sort of a BNA kind of repast.
