So we've gone down to Leicester for Cat's (Sergent Mushroom) wedding and it was quite pleasant.
We came on the day of the wedding, got changed quickly, and I have learned that red is actually a traditional colour for wedding dresses, that was only changed into white by the... Victorians, I think.
In the registery office, my baby's decided to object to the wedding, but no one understood what he said (it was baby talk) so Michael had to take him out. I think it was a bit of a tension breaker, though, 'coz everybody, including the nervous bride, laughed. He was allowed back in for when the ceremony was over, the bandit.
Then we went back to the village where Cat's family lives, and spent a nice afternoon eating, drinking, and other such merriments. The evening was then cut short by said baby having a strict bedtime (ha!) and his mother being pregnant and tired. Indeed, I haven't even made it past 10.30pm.
The next morning we were served drinks in bed, which was great, got dressed and went downstairs. Michael and Ryan went out for a walk with Cat's father and I got some more sleep. Later on, the happy, tired couple came to count the money they've received (ask Cat how much she got, I'm not telling) and we were taken to the train station. We made our way home quite OK, and yesterday, just to finish things off, were delivered a shiny new fridge to beautify our kitchen.
Happiness all around.
And Cat- you have great parents, a cute , and Jamie's quite alright too.

Gosh, new fridge! With all those funds, we're still deciding what to do with it all Since I broke the bed on Friday (Ahem! I stepped on it and the supports went, okay?), that should probably be first...
