h2g2 The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy: Earth Edition

I know it's a load of nonsense, but what the hell, stranger things happen at sea. Anyway, just to throw a further 'Spaniard in the works'here are a couple of points:

The 'real' Macca's 'resting place' is said to be LESO - "a place not listed in modern atlases".

However there IS a place called Leasowe (LEaSOwe)!! - it's on the Wirral, which is the 'posh' part of Merseyside - the place where wealthy Scousers go to retire when they've made a few bob.

Who knows - maybe the 'real' Macca IS resting there, oblivious to the fact that for almost three decades he's been held responsible for "The Frog Chorus".
