Less than a week to go and already the dread has started. It's an odd thing this long-distance cycling malarkey. A strange combination of anticipation and brown-trousers time.
Doing these *really* long ones though certainly puts the shorter distances into perspective. A 100 mile ride holds almost zero fear for me now.
