Well, in answer to your arguments Germans might respond:
1. 'Germany was the best team.'
2. 'England was "gifed" two goals (as you stated yourself), so the incorrect free kick would be neutralised.'
3. A possible answer... 'That's just because the English (or "Island Monkeys" or "Cliff Pissers" or whatever name he will have for you) are jealous because the only world cup they won, they didn't really win. And they know it.'
Germans are most likely to mention some scientific studies, computer rendered 3D models or so, that 'prove' his point.
After the Teuton has declared victory for himself he might move on to David Beckhams underwear fashion or English cuisine.
