Eating "Bulletten" with curry and cetchup isn't the only way. Old fashioned style Bulletten are served with a lot of mustard.

AFAIK the bread served with bulletten (as well as with most types of wurst) enables you to eat the lump of meat without cutlery, while keeping your fingers clean.
