Well, I quite liked it, although it would need very much work before meeting the guideliens. If you are prepared to put a lot of work into this, maybe stick it in the EGWW here: Writing-Workshop
iF all you wanted to do is to publish this somewhere, then maybe <./>thepost</.> would have an interest.
