I noticed your request for a more experiencedon the GA's thread, Saint Pink! When anneeds anthat's what Archangels are for!
You want to know what to do now?
Well, GA's like to greet newcomers, so you can go here:

Click on "show researchers who have activated their homepages" then "show researchers" and you will get links come up, just click on one & you will be at their page.
Start a new thread by clicking the "discuss" button, type in the title "welcome {their name or researcher number}" then introduce yourself! Keep it short & friendly, offer them assistance if they need it, and remember you ~must~ reply if the thread is activated. That's all we ask, respond to the ones who respond to you. Of course, you could greet 20 new researchers & none may respond. Don't be disheartened, that's normal. In a way, it's a good thing, 'cos they've jumped in...and don't need help.
Start off by greeting one or two, and if you get into difficulties, or ~don't know~ what they are asking you, don't ask them what they mean, bring me the url & I'll check it out.
I don't think you are quite ready for a guardee {that's when a researcher asks for a guardian angel of their own} you have to know the site pretty well, but don't worry, you'll get the hang of it!
