Isn't this great?
Did you know that James Dyson, eponymous inventor of the cyclone vacuum cleaner, also invented the ball-barrow? This had a giant orange ball instead of the wheel, and is great for using on rough ground. Like sexual congress between a space-hopper and a giant shovel.
I love the baroque language too. It is perfectly intelligeble, but with all those lovely euphonimous words!

I can think of four things about wheelbarrows you haven't mentioned (and it's all one word, by the way).
Wheelbarrow rides
Builder's wheelbarrow has an extra bit around the front of the wheel. This is essential when emptying heavy loads such as blocks, as it provides stability which the wheel does not.
The ball wheelbarrow has a ball instead of a wheel, which is better for wheeling across lawns as it spreads the weight more.
The fold-up wheelbarrow uses a canvas (or plastic equivalent) bowl.

All updated and dandy.
Just need to finalise this human wheelbarrow business.
