Hello. I dug up this as an old essay I did and thought it could be turned into a pretty neat entry Any help with the Guide ML and layout would be brilliant. And of course, any information I can add or improve upon

You would certainly need to add some headers in order to break it up a bit, and you'd have to lose or re-write the section in the first person at the start. Have you ever written any GuideML before?

I'm moving flats at the moment, and my Internet connection might be a little disrupted for a few days as I'm having to set up a wireless network to retain it, but if you need any help whatsoever just shout. With a little formatting and tweaking, I think this would be great for the Guide

You can put in headings without using GuideML, just put them in, if this gets Edited a sub will add the GuideML.
Unless you want to try it?
Oh, and while I'm here, 1920s, 1930s etc doesn't need an apostraphe, so they can all go.
Sorry to pick on punctuation straight away, but I find it so distracting that it takes my mind off reading the entry.

Col Creachy? You working on this anymore? Or do you think it might be best off in the Flea Market where someone else can take up the reins?

I'm stil about from time to time. You're more than welcome to let someone else give it a go though. My wording is a bit robotic and GuideML is not my bestest friend

Apologies if it seemed a bit unfriendly removing this from the Writing Workshop. I'm working on getting the forum moving a bit, so all the entries by authors who hadn't posted in the last few months have been moved to the Flea Market. Feel free to reclaim it if you want
