I want to write about the effect my father had on me when he and my mum split up. Also about the effect the death of my grandma had on me. Would I be able to do this (not naming any names) and if so where would I write it?

Hi Vicky,
You can write entries about anything you like, simply by starting a new entry. If you are in Brunel there is an 'add entry' button in the menu on the left, in Classic the link is 'Click here to add a new Guide Entry' at the bottom of your Personal Space, and in Alabaster it's an 'add guide entry' button on the left hand side under your conversations.
If you are looking for somewhere to 'publish' it on h2g2, try the Alternative Writing Workshop at Writing-Alternative, or AGG/GAG/CAC at U187783. <./>ThePost</.> also publishes fiction from time to time.
