First and foremost, I really want to say how sorry I am that you are gone. You are by far the most funny writer I ever read. I wish I some day will be somewhere in the same vicinity as you when it somes to originality and humour. I was shocked when I first heard you passed away. It is a shame. I hope you have a nice time where ever you are. And I'm a bit envious of the people who are there with you. They most definetly have a good time.
My condolances go to your wife and daughter. I'm so sorry for your humongous loss. Take care.
