I can't believe what a glorious November we're having. Today I have had washing out in the garden to dry. It didn't dry completely, of course, but it's come in smelling nice and fresh and the warmth of the sun was still there on my back while I was out in it. No fog this morning, either - dry, sunny climbing weather. It's like October, just a couple of degrees oooler.
It did rain unexpectedly last night, but there was no sign of that this morning. The boys have gone to the Black Forest (easily accessible by train). I am expecting No. 2 with girlfriend back soon. Must go and shove the turkey joint in the oven. I've got to dash off and sing at Church, but the dinner should be done and the family gathered round the table when I get back.

It was a grey and miserable (if warm-ish) day here today.
Have fun with the singing and the dinner. my niece is on her way here, we'll have dinner together later.

We've had very heavy rain this November, but the last couple of days were glorious. Couldn't put the washing out, though, because it's not safe to walk on the grass, due to all the rain.
