Great Idea, I'd love to see it. I live in N.Y.C so there are alot of ringing payphones here, it sounds like a blast. You have to let me know what happens when you try it. I'll do the same.

I live a few doors away from a phone box & it rings at least once a week.
I like to think it's someone from another reality trying to phone home.
Next time it rings, I'll find out.

Another little phone game...
If you have caller display,(where the name and number show up) and the phone rings, answear it with "hello is (the person CALLING you) and check out their reaction.

I don't have "caller-display" 
And it's been raining here too much for me to nip out & answer the phone box. It's rung every day too!
