Ok im abit worried ive been having far too many dreams about my death recently these annihilation dreams are not fun i wake up completely freaked out I need

chill! Its nothing to worry about. It doesnt mean you're preoccupied with death or that your gona die or anything like that. You just need to remember that youre dreaming. Otherwise, you could go to boots and get one of those drinks that help you to sleep, or see your doc for pills (not good idea) but really its not odd. Its hormones. If you was female it'd be coz your periods bout to start. but clearly its not
