Kowhai Seeds, or KOWHAI SEEDS ( these are the same ) are seeds from a kowhai tree, that lives in good old New Zealand. (Kowhai means yellow in Maori which is the language of the native people of New Zealand)Kowhai seeds are poisonous which is why you shouldn't eat them.
