Mornington Crescent.
Read the section on "Armatures and flossing" and you'll see what I mean.

I only have a bad photocopy - I thought that was "Armature Lossage"... No wonder I couldn't make sense of it! Now that the 1988 edition is out-of-print, do you know of any plans to publish it on-line? (Gutenberg etc.?)

Hmm, since we're on the front page and all, perhaps we should start a new game.
Let's start simply, in case we get some newcomers. Say, '76 Huntington Rules, Farrington Interger limited to six?

I'll open with Neasden.

I'll place a safe secondary at Wimbledon. (btw - who DID have the Blue token?)

I'm going to try my luck with

Angel

-a rather nice station noted for having very long escalators and a groovy name

Mornington... Oh no I can't. I didn't see the flange.

It'll have to be Amersham for a wide one.

Yeah, my sis is a wild one with the flanges.
Never stops bloody flangeing when she's at 'ome, I tell yer. Flangeing all day and all night. Keeps us awake for hours.

Anyway, Moorgate.

Using the little known variant of the West Bridling Easy Grolling's manouevre I claim Parsons Green.

Sorry to join late, but are we allowing Jubilee extension? The Admiralty Arch decloration clarified the issues surrounding the inclusion of new lines, being either at time of first test run via a station, at time of first public passage or at time of official openning, dependant on the proir use of the Wellington rules within the game, being first, third or second degree in that order.
If allowed, I'd like to make a late start at North Greenwich, or failing that (and presuming no one has used the Marble arch slide in the last two games), St.Pauls

I don't think anyone managed to claim it, so it finished out the game at King's X. (The blue token, that is.)

After a brief absence, I'll perfrom a quick Double Helsinki, ending with a strile to Elephant & Castle.

Sorry to butt in, but you're playing with Swiss Cottage Wild, aren't you? Cheeky. Very cheeky. But I like it...

(Can I humbly suggest invoking papal infallibility, thus bringing both thrusting and tickling into play, straddle to Hyde Park Corner, and from there you've got MC in six unless you're Canadian. It always works for me.)

Ignoring Papal Infallibility for the moment (no offence intended, Frankie) I trundle to West Acton and declare Vorderman.

I'll have a consonant then - Oh sh1t wrong game.
Borough.

That was a well thought out move - it took you long enough anyway. Right I'll have Arnos Grove and declare "No Jaundice"

Post 80

Sorry to interupt, but you know how it is- I saw 'no jaundice' declared, and I couldn't stop myself. Without jaundice, I can perform a quarter straddle to Charing Cross, you see! And you all know how much fun that is.
