Wow! You have had a fair parcel of time go by since you signed on! Back then they weren't dishing out this sort of thing...

So... I just swung in to say hello and welcome you to this amazing site they call H2G2, Earth Edition, of The Guide. I hope you'll have a great time while here. You will soon find that there are many friendly and helpful people in this community. Just join in some conversations, or start your own discussions. Click on any of the links, articles, entries or forums.

Whenever you have a question about how to use this site or its features, you can try several approaches to getting help:

2. click "Don't Panic" at the top of any screen

Thanks for the welcome to h2g2 I know my home page is a bit of a disgrace, considering I registered here way back in April. I try to visit h2g2 at least once a day to check out new guide entries and I'm amazed at how much it has grown and how much time and effort people put into their contributions.

I spend a lot of time online at work and so at home tend to mostly catch up with email. But I really should sort this page out - it's almost embarrassing when someone drops by! Luckily, it doesn't happen very often...

But now that I'm at home ill (along with half the country it seems) I should spend some time here fixing the place up nicely.

Hope to see you here again and thanks again for the welcome.
