Gnomon - time to move on Started conversation Jan 7, 2014
Mrs G and I are 31 years married tomorrow.
Last year, when we were 30 years married, I spent the day sitting beside my dying father's bed. He died two days later, and we weren't in a mood for celebration.
So this year, we're going for a meal in a Michelin star restaurant and a night in a hotel. It'll be nice to get away from the glitter at home.

Congratulations Quite an achievement these days. I almost made forty years but I think he had had enough ;-(

It's that time again. 32 years married today.
We're both rather busy today and this weekend, so next weekend we'll go down to Cork, to the best vegetarian restaurant in these islands.
