A friend of mine had his car destroyed, parked in a basement garage. He posted a photo of it, covered in yellow goo up to the roof. And of course (Sod's law) he had just filled the tank.
Dublin is the least rainy part of Ireland (annual average under 800 mm). The west gets it all, usually (over 2,800 mm on mountains in Kerry and Galway).
So we got a month's worth in a day
