h2g2 The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy: Earth Edition

I've just booked flights for Mrs G and myself to Lanzarote in October. This will be the first holiday we've gone on without our daughters in 20 years (except for a few weekends here and there).

Must buy a Spanish phrasebook.

Next I'll have to look for a nice apartment for the ten nights. I'll consult with Lanzababy so that we don't end up in a shack at the end of the airport runway.

I've never known anyone take as many holidays as you!

We're looking forward to it too. Mrs G has suddenly started researching Lanzarote, which she knew nothing about before. Today she uncovered some eco-friendly places to stay in Arrieta.

So h2g2 is being legally handed over in 10 days, and then the BBC will run it for another month - that brings us to about the 12th of October. The day I go to Lanzarote.

I imagine you will have discussed these things in your Noesis forum, and I'm guessing (hoping) that you have a strategy for this transition.
