hello Blues shark...
I have just got back to H2G2 after a year of mindless wondering orund the world...
i can't find any one i knew, online anyway, i looked you up and figuree this would be a cool place for rehabilitation into the system... i say unpolpular things to, like PUDDING BOWL HAIRCUTS...

all over really, i was way for a couple of months at th bginning of 2001 and i got back on the day of the first meet in london and duely attended straight from the airport...promised everyone not to go missing again and left about three months later, i've been in australia for around 9 months then nz again then bumed around europe mainly france as a base...got back two weeks ago and have managed to get a job at my old place, am now back in sunny old berkhamsted.
feeling strangely new to this...shouldn't do as was haging out here since before the BBC takeover thing so am an old hand sort of...
is Greebo still about?

I'm quite nervous about this, i used to be really involved int he guide then there was that nearly revolution, and then i left, i'm not sure how i feel, I used to be an ACE 
i kind of miss the old days when i knew everyone, its scary how emotional i'm getting about this, over a computer for pity's sake!! H2G2 ment the world to me.

I can understand that, tho'. I'd miss the place like crazy (though some days are better than others.)
Mina seems to be plugged into the place permanently, mind you, so not much chance of me really getting away from it.
There's no reason you couldn't be an ACE again, surely - something that's bound to get you back into the swing of it, surely?
In the meantime, might i suggest that you speak to Leopardskinfynn, whose a mate of mine - she's travelled loads and is always good for a gas about almost anything? You'll find a link on my page. :-d

No worries.
I'm not a big fan of Pink Floyd, though it's fair to say they have had their moments - mostly in the days of Syd Barrett and Roger Waters, imho.
These days I spend most of my time listening to Blues/Reggae/Hardcore dance. An odd mix, I know, but it seems to suit me...
