As part of my job I have recently been convinced to serve at several silver service meals. This is interesting considering I have had no silver service training but do meet the necessary criteria of being available.

I wouldn't be able to resist the temptation to pour boiling soup over someone's lap.
Come to that, I can't resist even when I'm just eating.
