do you like your sandwiches then? Are we talking door-steps or just usual crusty loaf type thickness?
I am very interested in enthusiastic consumers of bread products.

I am not understanding "door-steps". Dictionary say steps in front of door. English has this word for sandwich? What is meaning please?
I like very big sandwich. Maybe I bring loaf when I visit you?
You like jam also? I also liking mayonaze (I know not spelling).

Door steps is slang for very thick slices of bread. Usually cut by people who are not very good with a bread knife.
Do you always carry bread when you travel? How interesting. Is this a custom in your country?
I prefer salad cream personally. I invented that too but I have more pride in marmalade.
