...did I just recognize an old elephant joke?
OK, here we go:
Why do elephants paint their toe nails red?
Why is that elephant there?

So that it can hide up a cherry tree?
How about why do elephants paint their toenails yellow then?

Three guesses:
....To hide in yellow cherry trees
...To hide in banana trees
....To blend in with the elephants that have jaundice....
Am I close!??

I know several elephant jokes - my favourite kind really. Though they need to be said out loud and in sequence for the full effect.
One I can tell in typed fashion is:
Why did the elephant give up tap dancing?
Because he kept falling into the sink.

That's one of those jokes you could tell about anything. LIke:
Are there any Ludicranians here?
No? OK, how many Ludicranians does it take to change a light bulb?

Old jokes are most often the funniest
I don't know... how many Ludicranians DOES it take to change a light bulb?

Old jokes are just ludicrus!!!
Puns are terrible...
(that looks like I spelled "ludicrus" wrong-- must be time to leave the computer and get something to eat....)

One to roll the joints, one to go looking for the ladder and one to think up the punch line.

What's the capital of Luicrania? About two dollars. *comic snare drum hit*

Ludicranian units of currency are the nit and the half-imperial. They do not convert to each other much less than to any other forms of currency.
