I've been away from H2G2 for a while, of course, but I came back out of curiosity to see if the article on alcohol began by stating that alcohol is a colourless, volatile liquid formed by the fermentation of sugars, which it doesn't, but as that was the opener from the Encyclopaedia Galactica it's not a hanging offence.

not much change here, apart from the fact that the Gruesomes are nearing the end of secondary school
