Thanks, Black Cheetah. I've been away on holidays and the site went live without me! I'm glad to find it all working (more or less) as I arrive back. We went through some tough times trying to work out how to fix it, and to use it if we couldn't fix it. Thankfully we have nine tenths of it working now, and I've devised ways around the rest.
