Elly, have you considered submitting your article, "The Oboe", to the Peer Review Forum?

I did think about this, but I was wondering whether it is more 'democratic' (not quite the right word, but sort of what I mean) to leave others to recommend entries for that forum (a sort of initial second opinion)? What do you think?

Hooray, I've just got back after a long jolly and am delighted!!! Are you a full time musician? You seem to know loads about this area. I'm sadly not much of a musician any more, living in a noisy appartment in the states which I don't want to make even more noisy...

Am I a pro musician? No, I'm an amateur. My main interest is music: listening to it, singing and playing recorders and clarinet. Like almost everybody these days, I work with computers.
