I Wasn't a Guru as then. . . but Now I understand why- it has happened to some people, they meant to click on something near the bottom like reply or a footnote and they clicked on notify me ... but that's all been fixed now

The netiquette picture doesn't seem to me to have anything to do with netiquette. It's just (part of) an URL, which is a technical thing, and the way you form an URL doesn't reflect on the way you're viewed as an internet user.

hm, an URL? I was always taught that U is the only rule-breaking vowel in English for having "an" instead of "a".. so A URL, but AN address.. get me?

Yeah, but I pronounce it as a word -- not U-R-L, but like the name 'Earl'. This is how you tell from somebody's writing which way they pronounce it. The acronym/abbrev 'FAQ' is like that too, but I spell that ('an F-A-Q', rather than 'a FAQ'). Get me?
