The Police Chief in Houston has apparently confused George Orwell's allegorical political novel Nineteen Eighty-Four with a Police training manual. I say this after reading that he had made a statement calling for Police controlled CCTV cameras in Private Homes.

blame it on endemol the producer of "big brother".
the endemol owners got rich and sold endemol, but were nearly kidnapped and blackmailed to be kidnapped by allegded the Dutch mafia member who is in jail waiting for trail.
