As most of you know I am a Licensed London Private Hire Driver, on Monday the PH licence on my car was up for renewal so off I went to the PCO test centre at Enfield. My car was the the last one tested before they split for lunch. When I got the car back I noticed the front licence had not been fitted properly - so here is bureaucracy for you ... I then had to wait an hour while they had lunch to get it refitted (a two minute job).

After a long illness, Andreas Katsulas died on Monday, February 13th, 2006. For those that do not know the name - Ambassador G'Kar in Babylon 5, he also helped frame Harrison Ford in 1993's The Fugitive
