Piccolo/flute mouthpiece?

Does anyone know where I might be able to get a piccolo/flute mouthpiece to convert my D whistle into a D flute?
It's a standard brass construction whistle with plastic mouthpiece. It's just my big flute is too big, awkward and deep for some music I want to play.
