Would it be possible to give this an update? (I would be happy to do so if the writers do not want to or no one else voulenteers).
Anyway, since this entry is probably one that people might want to refer to, I think it would be good to add more detail to some of the areas covered. I'm sure this could be done whilst retaining the bulk of the current entry's content but I don't know what the policy is on reviewing entries that are already edited.
