The seminal 1960's member of "Love" has died today aged 61 after a short battle with leukima. He has influenced so many people, most of whom will never have heard of him. If you haven't do me a favour and check him out, you won't be disapointed.

Aw that's really awful - I had no idea he was ill. I saw his gigs in London two years ago. He was fantastic and hilarious - he really seemed to have overcome all his problems.

Wasn't a huge fan of his music, but I tried to imitate some of his work for practise a long time ago and failed. Unique style that will be missed
